Waasland Shopping x KassaTicket
Everyone knew… there just had to be a meet & greet around the phenomenon ‘KassaTicket’. But Kyano didn’t see it the way many organizers in our inbox did, and he would never link his very first M&G to a commercial activity or event. His wish was to make it as accessible as possible. So… we went looking for the perfect location with the right infrastructure and safety support. It didn’t take long before we reached an agreement with our own client: Waasland Shopping.

A MEGA success with an increase of more than 25% in visitor numbers measured afterwards. This unique moment had to be as centrally located as possible. Not only for Flanders, but also easily accessible for the Netherlands—since the announcement on social media had already gone viral in both countries beforehand.
The enormous community KassaTicket managed to build was eager to witness his very first public appearance, followed by a Q&A and photo session. A smooth organization and sufficient security were an absolute must, because we were completely blown away by the turnout. With a waiting line stretching outside the shopping, Kyano took the time from noon until late in the evening (yes, even after closing hours) to give everyone their moment. This resulted in an online wave of amazing fan-generated content and press coverage.
